1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to LifeUp, your all-in-one financial app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LifeUp platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by LifeUp Financial Services ("LifeUp", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LifeUp.

We are registered as a Money Services Business with registration number M23894006. Our MSB activities include:
- Foreign exchange dealing
- Money transferring
- Dealing in virtual currencies
- Payment service provider
2.2 Banking Partner Authorization
We are licensed by Quicko sp. z .oo (BIN provider) with NIP: 5213540295 to provide IBAN Accounts and issue Mastercard Debit Cards, ensuring full compliance with banking regulations.
2.3 International Operations
Our services operate under international regulatory frameworks with NIF: 980818621 (Portugal), allowing us to provide cross-border financial services in compliance with European and North American regulations.
3. Definitions
"Account" means your LifeUp user account that allows you to access and use our financial services.
"Service" refers to the LifeUp platform, mobile application, website, and all related financial services.
"User" or "You" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Service.
"Content" means any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials.
"Transaction" means any financial operation conducted through the LifeUp platform, including transfers, payments, currency exchanges, and account funding.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
4.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using LifeUp, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To access our financial services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We are required by law to verify your identity. You agree to provide all necessary documentation and information for identity verification, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and financial information.

- Currency exchange
- Account funding and withdrawals
- Salary and payment receipt services
- Financial management tools
5.2 Transaction Limits
We may impose limits on the amount, frequency, and type of transactions you can conduct. These limits may vary based on your account verification level, transaction history, and applicable regulations.
5.3 Fees and Charges
Certain services may be subject to fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with appropriate notice.
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our Service:

- To violate any applicable laws or regulations
- To engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
- To transmit harmful or malicious code

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our Service without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to LifeUp in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LifeUp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Upon termination, you remain liable for all transactions and obligations incurred prior to termination.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of London, England.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
